Hammocks can feel cold from below due to unobstructed air circulation. For this reason, the Trekking Hammock features a double base where a mat can be inserted. This stiffens the hammock slightly and offers effective insulation so you can sleep or lounge comfortably in it. Even without the mat, the two layers of fabric serve their purpose as mosquito bite protection.
Carabiners with Drip Clips are attached at the head and foot ends. The attached stuffsack doubles as a pocket for small personal items items.
